Shipping limits:
CGYOU may deem it may be necessary to break down larger orders into smaller shipments. In such instances, the customer will be notified in writing via e-mail, of how many shipments there will be. Packing slips will also confirm the quantity of the number of shipments in such cases.
CG4YOU reserves the right to ship products in any way it deems necessary. The customer will be notified in writing via e-mail, of how the orders will be shipped.
Please allow up to three weeks to receive your order.
CG4YOU is not responsible for any delay of shipments due to federal emergencies.
CG4YOU does not ship overseas, as we do not take international orders. We do regret the inconvenience.
Customer guarantee:
One year limited warranty for all NEW computer systems and peripherals, provided any part of the computer has not been tampered with or misused in any way. Any attempt by the customer to open and/or alter, fix, tamper with, or repair any part of the computer systems, monitors, originally supplied software, or peripherals will automatically void any warranty CG4YOU has given to the customer. Used systems, sold by CG4YOU, will be given sixty day warranties.
Extended service warranties are available ONLY at the time of purchase.
Defective computer equipment and/or software will be exchanged, but only in compliance with the return policy guidelines of CG4YOU.

Consulting Fees for Business:
On Site consulting is available at a rate of $80.00 initial service charge which covers client for two hours.
Over two hours, the fee is $40 per hour. FL State tax will be added..
Telephone support is available at a rate of $45.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. FL State tax will be added.
Services Charges - Home Repair:
Customers must give at least four hours notice for cancellation of appointments or they WILL be billed for a service charge at the current rate listed in the CG4YOU merchant policy.
In home repair will incur a service charge of $80.00 which covers the customer for a maximum of two hours. FL sales tax will be added. It may be
deemed necessary for the customer's system to be returned to our shop for repair. In such cases, the customer will be notified of the additional cost for repair once
the system has been analyzed. Should the customer accept the price for repair, the service charge fee may be waived. This decision will be at the discretion of
CG4YOU. Once a system has been brought back to the customer, there will be NO GUARANTEES after the technician has completed the job and leaves the
customer's home. CG4YOU cannot be held responsible for what a customer does with their system(s) after they have been repaired and returned to the customer.
In the event the customer does NOT accept the price for repair, the system will be returned from our shop and the original service charge will prevail.
CG4YOU cannot be held responsible for loss of data on systems being repaired. It is the computer owner's responsibility to ensure they have proper backups of all files and programs before CG4YOU accepts systems for repair.
Return policy:
Shipping charges on all returns and exchanges are paid for by the customer.
Original receipt, which accompanied your purchase, must be included with returned item(s). Return request must be in writing along with the reason for the return.
NO returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days on any software or games.
NO returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days on any computer equipment.
Returns within the above mentioned time periods must be unopened, sealed in original packaging.
No returns accepted on any open computer systems, peripherals, software, or video games.
Exchange for defective software will be permitted within 7 days of purchase. Exchange request must be in writing along with the reason for the exchange. Original receipt, which accompanied your purchase, must be included with item(s) being returned for exchange.

Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
CG4YOU DOES NOT warranty ANY third party system which has been brought in for repairs. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No refunds on labor, repair, installation services, on-site technical support, remote access support, telephone support, training sessions, or maintenance contracts.
CG4YOU CANNOT be held responsible for poor Internet service resulting from faulty wiring /wireless equipment in customer's business/residence.
CG4YOU CANNOT be held responsible for poor Internet service resulting from customer's ISP technical problems.
Purchases accepted for return will be issued by check from our office within 30 business days from the time the return was received.

Payment options:
MC, VISA, Cash, money order, or debit cards are accepted. We no longer accept personal checks.
Any customer paying by credit / debit card will incur an additional $5.95 fee to offset merchant account fees.
Unclaimed / Unpaid Items:
Any unpaid / unclaimed item left after 7 days will incur a storage fee of $3.00 per day, to a maximum of 30 days, until item has been claimed and / or paid.
Any unpaid / unclaimed item left after 30 days will become the property of CG4YOU and will be sold at auction.
We're sorry, but Computer Geek 4 You does not accept overseas orders.
